I think that Wood Stock was the craziest festival ever! there were so many people there and it was so crazy! it was a city! All the hings that happened there were so crazy, drugs, sex, music, and tons more! from the looks of the movie there were naked people everywhere! That's pretty awesome, I definitely would have gone to wood stock for the music and all the craziness to have fun with it all!

Jimmy Hendrix is one of the coolest guitar players ever! I really liked watching him in the Wood Stock movie! it sucks that he got there late because most of the people missed him play because they had already left. Jimmy is so good he can dance and sing and play all at the same time and he was the best at it! He could play with one freaking had, that was the coolest part of him playing I think! Hendrix is one of my favorites!

Te main station that I listen to on the radio is 101.5 or 101.X as most people know it. All they play is Alternative rock and that my favorite kind of music! All the songs they play are perfect and i like them all because its what I like. Most people like other stations like 102.3 but i hate it because its rap and sounds like they are talking really fast! Alternative rock is just what makes me happy and I listen to it all the time!

Trojans by Atlas Genius is another song that I love listening to in my spare time for lots of reasons. When I first heard the name of this song I thought of our school because we are the Trojans. The song has a really good ring to it that makes you want to keep listening to it. It sucks you in and keeps you interested in the song till it ends and then you want more after it is over. At least that's how the song works for me when I listen to it.

The Pit by Sliversun Pickups is a song that I really like for it tune that goes throughout the whole song. Everything in that song is good I love everything about the song, the lyrics are really good also. I want to go to one of their concerts someday if i can. The Pit is a all around good song that everybody likes listening to at anytime!

Wood Stock was one of the most crazy music festivals I have ever seen in my life, there were so many people! The Festival was so big that to little town where it was held became like the third biggest city in New York at the time! The music was really good too, I liked The Who the best. I probably liked them the best because it was a bad that I kind of know. That one guy with the really big thumb was good too! I definitely would have gone to Wood Stock if I could have!

The song Octopuses Garden in Abbey Road by the Beatles is a really great song, at least I think so. Its a really fun song that even little kids would like because its catchy and fun. I like it because its so catchy and fun to sing along to at the same time you listen to. Its kind of like With A Little Help from My Friends from their earlier album because of the tune I think. I always love Octopuses Garden, its a really good song.

Abbey Road was one of the "Greats" in all the albums the Beatles made in their time, I enjoyed this album a lot! The album had many serious parts in it, for example in the end the had a really serious song and then they put Her Majesty at the end to lighten the mood. The whole album ha great rhythm throughout the whole thing and the beats were kind of continuous, like in one song you would hear it and then like three songs later you would hear it again. I really liked this album a lot and I think it is my favorite of all of the albums.

Mumford and Sons is a band that I really enjoy listening too, all their songs are really well written and sound good!I cant stop listening to them, its like an addiction I listen to them all the time! I just bought their newest album this weekend with my brother and the first thing we did was put it in the CD player in the car and didn't stop driving till the album was done. It was really made well and its my new favorite album and band!

I really like this new song Clique by Kanye West, the beat for the song is amazing, it gets me going every time! Its rap but I don't care because its such a great song and I love the way it sounds and just flows along with that heavy beat! I generally don't like rap but this song is one of those exceptions to the rule! i freaking love this song!

Pink Floyd is one of those bands that it is going to take a while for it either to build on me or that I will just end up not liking. Some of their songs are good and I enjoy listening to but then there are the other songs that I really just hate. In the ones that I hate the songs just have the most random noises that just get on my nerves, I fell like they are just finding things to bang on and say its music! Other than that their music is pretty good, so I haven't really made up my mind yet on whether or not I like Pink Floyd.

Country is just one of those kinds of music that I do not enjoy very much! I think most of them are all the same and are about the same things tractors, beer, and girls. All the Singers have the same accent for the most part and it just sounds terrible and annoying! I almost never listen to country because I dislike it so much! I don't really think my opinion will ever change.

Sgt. Peppers was a good band for the Beatles, although they did not do most of the planning for the album they still managed to make it a good album. All of the songs on the album sound really good and have great rhythm and tune to go with them. I really enjoyed all of the songs on the album, i sang along to almost all of them in class!

Yellow Submarine is a really fun silly song that the Beatles put out in their Revolver album. Its one of those songs that everybody knows and can sing along to because they have  heard it! When it comes on every time I sing to it! All the things going on in the song are fun and silly! just like all the sounds and the calls to the captain and stuff. I really like this song because it is so fun!

Revolver is my most favorite album that the Beatles put out! One song makes this album really good in my opinion, Elanor Rigby! That song just sounds so good to me, the violin in that song fits so perfectly and makes the song just pop! I listen to that song all the time, just one after the another! The way it sounds is just heavenly!

I heard that ACL was really good from all my friends, some of the really good bands were Bassnectar, Avichi, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. I really like RHCP, I have grown up with them and I love listening to them all the time! I wish i could have seen them at ACL but I didn't go. All the songs they have are still hits today! People just love the tunes and way their songs sound today!

Rubber Soul was a good album for the Beatles, I really enjoyed the while album itself! The whole album had good melody's and the Beatles were really good at the time. It was their first sort of hippie album, just look at the cover of the album! They also might have been high during a lot of it but that's okay we don't care. There was also lots of sitar in the songs, i liked that touch a lot its a cool instrument.    

Make Up Blog #4

Rap is something I used to like when i was younger because it was the cool thing and everybody liked it, so i just went with it. When I started driving two years ago I found out that it really isn't all that great, its not singing, there's no real skill to it, and it sounds pretty bad! What i really like now is Alternative Rock, the sound is much better, there is actually singing, and it sounds really good! I like bands like Rage against Machine, Modest Mouse, Red Hot Chili Peppers and much more! The Sound of the music is just more appealing to me. Most of my friends disagree , its all good ill stick with the music I like best!

Make Up Blog #3

Both the movies the Beatles were in were huge success for them and the movie producers that recorded the movie. Honestly the producers could have put those guys in any movie they wanted no matter how bad it was and people would still come to watch it, for one sole reason.... The Beatles! The plus side of all this is that both movies were a huge success and made tons of money!

I have liked The Beatles ever since I was a little kid, but ever since we listened to the older alums it made me become completely hooked on them! They are one of the greatest bands of all time! The way all of them harmonize together and write songs is just unbelievable. This bad just had all the right things at the right time going for them at the right times in their lives! If the band was still together today and recording Im pretty dang sure I would be listening to all their songs!

The movie Help with The Beatles is a really funny weird movie, the whole weird idea behind it all just made it really funny! People would just watch this movie because the Beatles were in it, so the producer knew that he could make it as weird as they wanted to! That was not a bad thing though because the movie over all was a huge success because of them. I did not get to see the whole movie but I enjoyed the half that I did see, it made me laugh so hard! I feel like they just mad e the movie as weird as possible but the idea worked really well.

One band that i have really come to like is Skillet, they are a really good two person band! The drummer is a girl and she sings! One song that I really like by them is Awake and Alive, I really like the girls voice how it sounds and the melody with the violin! All together I thought that the fact of being a two person band was the most shocking part of it all! Here is the song if you have never heard it.

The Who are a really crazy band! That one video we watched in class where they all destroyed their instruments at the end of the song was so funny! Then the one really crazy thing was the dynamite in the drums that like almost killed one of them! The best part is that they are really good to, the bass player is freaking amazing! All the people in the bad a really skilled and play a major role in the band, without one of them the band might have never been as good.

The Rolling Stones are really bad, I hate to say it but its true! Out of tune guitars whistles being obnoxiously loud, what were these guys thinking?! Most of their songs were really bad and I just did not like them at all! The singing was also really bad, like seriously I think I could sing better! I just really don't like the Rolling Stones, they are just bad in general.

I thought that the movie A Hard Days Night was really good, I liked all the humor in it! I got most of the humor in it, although some of it I didn't also because it was British humor. The director for that show had the weirdest most funny sweater on I have ever seen in my life! The old man in the movie was extremely weird, his voice was even weird, then again most of the move was weird but hilarious. Overall the movie got a thumbs up from me, I enjoyed all of it!

One of my all time favorite songs is Float On by Modest Mouse, i have liked it ever since i was a little kid. My brother showed it to me when I was really young, it was all I listened to for literally days! The melody of the song is really good and the lyrics are really good! the song is about how you should just go with the flow and roll with the punches of life. "alright, already we'll all float on" This song is just a part of me and I sing along to it every time I hear it on the radio.

In the Beatles Documentary I thought That all the product placement parts were really funny! Especially the cigarette one, " a big cigarette, for a big man" I thought that was really funny! I also thought that the special ed thing he did on stage was funny! The Beatles could pretty much do anything they wanted to and get away with it. The Documentary that we watched was really good and I really enjoyed watching it!

The first Beatles album was better than the second one in my opinion.  The first one had more catchy songs and better lyrics I think, I mean dont get me wrong I am a huge Beatles fan they are really good and talented! Please Please me was just better. one more thing, if you listen to the Beatles for a while you start to notice that all their songs sound really similar. If they just changed them up a little I think it would have been a little better.

My blog is about Dub Steps, there is a huge controversy over them! That if people like them or not! in my opinion I hated them so much at first, I thought they where horrible! After like a month though I heard one song Sail, its really good and it changed my mind about dub steps. So you should give it a listen! 

#4 Too Close

I really Like this new song Too Close by Alex Clare, The most interesting part of this song I think is the story behind it all and how it got big. Alex lost his recording deal because the people though the song was not good enough and would fail, so it was not till the song was used in a Windows computer commercial that the song was noticed and people started wanting the song. when the song got big Alex got that recording deal! Its a really good song, I think. The music video is really strange, I still don't understand it... that's another thing that made me want to hear the song because I heard the music video was strange. ha

Beatles Love Me Do

The song Love Me Do by the Beatles in their very first album was a huge hit, a number one! Well I agree one hundred percent with this, I love this song! The song is just really catchy to begin with and easy to sing along to, that's two of the reasons I think it was such a huge success back then. Personally I really love the rhythm of the song and most of all the harmonica part in the song. The harmonica is just such a perfect fit for the song and just makes it that much better!
